Vegan Christmas Treats

Yes! Every single ingredient we use we ensure is 100% plant-based / vegan. As vegans ourselves we know how important it is to check what you're eating, so as many of our products as possible are sourced from vegan wholesalers. The products we bake with are also products we use ourselves, so where possible we also try to source organic.

Being vegan / 100% plant based all our biscuits and cookies are naturally free from eggs and dairy. We do handle soya and nuts in the kitchen so unfortunately we cannot guarantee to be 100% free from soya or nuts. You can check the individual allergens and ingredients on our flavour pages and if you have any questions just ask us!

We love to have choice, so we have worked really hard to ensure that you have as much as we can offer. As we make each item fresh we also want to ensure minimum waste so we offer 2 different box sizes to help you decide on your flavours. Box 1 Our regular size box offers you a choice of 6 cookies or 12 biscuits. Cookies come in sets of 2 per flavour and biscuits in sets of 3 per flavour. Box 2 Our large box (about the size of an A4) allows you to have 12 cookies or 15 biscuits. This is perfect for sharing or if you fancy trying a few flavours.

Yes! We hate waste too so we wanted to keep it as eco-friendly as we could. We use cardboxes and paper based tape for our postage. Plus, each batch of biscuits is sealed in plant based, compostible bags. This means you can easily recycle and compost all of our packaging.

We are based in the UK and all our products are baked fresh so we can only post to the UK. We cannot post any further as we cannot guarantee that our biscuits would arrive as fresh as we would like.

At the moment we process all orders between Monday to Thursday, baking them fresh to ensure deliveries arrive before the weekend. We do not send out any later as we don't want to risk your biscuits sitting in a post office for a Sunday. We do this to keep our biscuits as fresh as possible as we do not use any additives to preserve them. We process orders the day after we receive them, so if you order on a Monday we will bake on Tuesday morning and ship them out the same day. If you place your order between Thursday to Sunday we will bake them for you on the Monday. Our biscuits are sent in letterbox friendly parcels so you don't need to be in to receive them. Your post person should simply pop them through the door for you.

To keep our products as fresh as possible we ship out orders the same day we bake them. So you should receive your biscuits within 48 hours of being baked. However, just in case of postal delays for certain areas it may take up to 3 days. Please note we don't bake everyday and process orders from Monday to Thursday 12pm. This helps orders to arrive before the weekend.

We have included the cost of postage into our boxes so the price you see is the price you pay. If you're interested to know how much that is, we pay £3.30 for Royal Mail 1st Class postage on each box. By keeping our boxes slimmer we are able to get them to you direct whether you're in or not, and for less than the cost of a small parcel. So that's a win for everyone!

All our products are made fresh to order with natural ingredients. This means they are custom boxes with a limited shelf life so we are unable to offer returns/refunds on orders.
